Terms of Service

Healix Technologies Incorporated provides automated artificial intelligence triage guidance, molecular sequence laboratory tooling, and real-time cellular safety networks. By accessing these services, users agree to provide accurate registration parameters and comply fully with all applicable international and regional regulations regarding data transmission and safety. Access is granted subject to continued compliance and may be revoked at the sole discretion of Healix Technologies.

During an active Suraksha or SheSecure monitoring session, you authorize the platform to log and transmit GPS coordinates, cellular signal strength, accelerometer velocity, and panic trigger telemetry to selected emergency contacts or regional authorities. False triggers or malicious tampering with the SOS protocols will result in immediate service suspension and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authority.

All proprietary algorithms, machine learning model weights, web layout architectures, and structural designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Healix Technologies Incorporated. Copying, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any core component — specifically including data models, AI inference pipelines, and IoT handshake triggers — is strictly prohibited and subject to civil prosecution under applicable intellectual property statutes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the platform. The aggregate liability of Healix Technologies to you for any claims arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Healix in the twelve months prior to the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, with courts in New Delhi NCR having exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
