Your data privacy is the baseline protocol of Healix Technologies Incorporated. This instrument outlines how Healix Technologies processes, stores, and protects personal telemetry across our medical diagnostics, laboratory analysis, and emergency security subsystems. We operate under a strict security-by-design framework in compliance with applicable local and international regulatory standards.
Encryption Standards & Telemetry Security
We adhere to a strict Security by Design framework. All telemetry data processed by the Healix Network is encrypted at rest and in transit using advanced AES-256 encryption and TLS 1.3 protocol standards. Cryptographic keys are isolated inside hardware security modules (HSMs). Healix never sells, leases, licenses, or shares your medical or telemetry data with third-party advertising companies.
Divisional Information Registries & Partitioning
To prevent cross-correlation of user profiles and enforce absolute privacy boundaries, the Healix ecosystem partitions data into distinct, isolated product registries. Each registry is governed by its own access control policy and data retention schedule as detailed in sub-sections 2.1 through 2.4 of this instrument.
2.1 Healix & Genomics Telemetry
Symptomatic indices, genetics telemetry inputs, and biomarker profiles are fully anonymized at the edge. Records are automatically purged after 90 days unless explicitly saved to your permanent personal health journal.
2.2 Project Suraksha Telemetry
During active monitoring, GPS coordinate sweeps, transit velocities, and emergency SOS signals are compiled to secure user transit. Access is limited strictly to authorized emergency dispatch operators.
2.3 Cognitive Fatigue & EEG Signals
Neural telemetry streams and EEG datasets are processed in volatile memory (RAM) and are not stored permanently unless explicitly permitted for research studies.
2.4 Dietary & Healthcare Scanning
Uploaded images are stripped of metadata (EXIF) and securely destroyed post-inference by localized machine learning models.
Geographic Compliance & Sovereignty
Healix services operate in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA, India). Additionally, clinical integrations comply with HIPAA standards for handling protected health information (PHI). Telemetry data is stored within certified local data centers matching the user's sovereign jurisdiction.
Incident Mitigation & Breach Protocols
Our automated Incident Response Subsystem (IRS) continuously monitors system integrity. In the anomalous event of a data breach, impacted server partitions are isolated within 500 milliseconds. Affected users are notified within 24 hours with a comprehensive telemetry report detailing the scope and mitigation steps undertaken.
Consent, Data Portability & Deletion Rights
Users retain absolute authority over their personal health data. You have the right to export your entire diagnostics history in a structured CSV/JSON format or exercise your Right to Be Forgotten under applicable law. Data deletion requests are processed immediately and completed across all backups within 14 business days.
